Todd is a proud University of Iowa alumnus and although he might bleed Hawkeye black and gold, he truly enjoys living the sweet smalltown life under Hertford’s Carolina blue skies. After nearly two decades in the financial services field, Todd understands the importance of home ownership in building generational wealth and is excited to leverage his industry insights to help achieve those goals. 

A veteran of several local theatre productions with Encore Theater Company and two-time winner of the Market Street Chili Cookoff, Todd is a member of the Perquimans Art League, a volunteer for The Open Door Food Pantry of Perquimans County and a member of Perquimans County Chamber of Commerce.  Todd enjoys shopping and dining locally, traveling abroad with his husband of twenty-plus years, Daniel, and entertaining houseguests poolside with their blonde labs, Bruce and Jenny. 

Relationship building and thoughtful communications are his superpowers and he plans to use his exceptional attention to detail to deliver a best-in-class experience to both his buyers and sellers.
